Why do I need a carbon monoxide alarm?

Carbon monoxide is colourless, odourless and tasteless – unlike carbon dioxide, it’s completely imperceptible. It can cause you to fall unconscious without warning, and can ultimately lead to death. It’s a common by-product of incomplete combustion, which can occur if gas is burned incorrectly. That’s why an alarm is essential – it provides a warning that your health may be at risk.

This CBE detector includes a flush frame, making it perfect for installation in campervans, caravans and motorhomes. It runs off a standard 12v supply, too.
